The Little Flower Mission Education Society, Gorakhpur, is a registered charitable society (Reg. No. 600/1997-98) established in 1997 under the Societies Registration Act 1860.

The primary objective of the society is to establish, manage, and administer educational institutions, hostels, and training centers across Uttar Pradesh. While primarily serving the Catholic Minority Community, the society's institutions are open to all students irrespective of caste, creed, or religion, fostering an environment of inclusive growth and communal harmony.
The administration is overseen by a Governing Body of seven members. The President of the society is the Provincial Superior of the Little Flower Province, Gorakhpur. The other members are elected by the General Body, ensuring democratic and transparent governance.
